Work Place Conduct

Considerate Conduct In The Work Place

A crucial measure of our success in business is the way we treat one another. Based on research conducted by Harvard University, The Carnegie Foundation and The Stanford Research Institute, technical skills and knowledge account for 15% of the reason you get a job, keep a job and advance in a job. 85% percent of your job success is connected to your people skills.

Considerate conduct is being civil to others in all your interactions; it’s your people skills. Civility is intergrading a code of behavior based on respect, restraint, and responsibility.

This session covers 15 aspects of civility and communication techniques that help build a team that will “outclasses the competition” by learning how to effectively communicate and connect with others in the work place.
